The Wordfik PVT60 is a heavy-duty industrial-grade oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump built for medium-scale industrial dual-function applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DVT 3.60 and Elmo V-KTA60 oil-free combined pumps, it delivers 60 m³/h (35.3 CFM) at 50Hz and 72 m³/h (42.4 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a consistent -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built on a rugged three-phase direct-drive architecture with enhanced graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and delivers 8000 hours of maintenance-free operation. Its 100% oil-free design delivers clean, pulse-free air on both sides, making it suitable for demanding industrial processes including flexible packaging & bagging machines and printing.
Powered by a 3 kW (4.0 HP) industrial motor at 50Hz and 3.6 kW (4.8 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT60 is engineered for continuous heavy-duty operation. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is the workhorse choice for medium printing lines, woodworking machinery and energy transmission systems.
