The Wordfik PVDT80 is the industry-standard workhorse dual-suction oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump, purpose-engineered for dual-press printing and twin-line packaging production. Sharing the same core performance as the PVT80, it delivers 80 m³/h (47.1 CFM) at 50Hz and 96 m³/h (56.5 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a precise -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Featuring two independent vacuum inlets and one unified pressure outlet, it powers separate sheet hold-down and sheet transport circuits simultaneously on printing presses — delivering dedicated vacuum for each press unit while sharing a common blast air supply. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DVT 3.80 pumps with secondary suction ports, it ensures consistent print registration and zero oil contamination across both production lines.
Powered by a 4 kW (5.4 HP) industrial motor at 50Hz and 4.8 kW (6.4 HP) at 60Hz, the PVDT80 is optimized for continuous multi-shift operation. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is the preferred choice for dual-press printing houses and high-speed twin-line packaging.
