The Wordfik PVT40 is a compact, energy-efficient oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump that delivers simultaneous vacuum and positive pressure with ultra-low noise performance. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker T 1.40 and Elmo V-VTN 41 oil-free combined pumps, it provides 40 m³/h (23.5 CFM) at 50Hz and 48 m³/h (28.3 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a matched -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built on a precision single-shaft direct-drive platform with self-lubricating graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, enabling self-wear compensation and an 8000-hour maintenance cycle. Its 100% oil-free design delivers clean, contaminant-free air on both sides, eliminating oil pollution to sensitive workpieces and production environments.
Powered by a 1.85 kW (2.5 HP) motor at 50Hz and 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT40 features optimized noise reduction to just 68 dB(A), making it ideal for noise-sensitive workshop environments. It supports both single-phase and three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is widely used in precision printing, LED manufacturing and light food packaging.
