The Wordfik PVT100 is a high-capacity oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump engineered for multi-machine production lines and factory central systems. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DVT 3.100 and Elmo KTR 100 oil-free combined pumps, it delivers 100 m³/h (58.9 CFM) at 50Hz and 120 m³/h (70.6 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a stable -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built on a rugged heavy-duty direct-drive structure with premium self-lubricating carbon vanes, it operates with zero internal metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and maintains consistent performance under sustained full-load operation. Its 100% oil-free design delivers clean, contaminant-free air for plant-wide distribution, protecting equipment and finished products across multiple processes.
Powered by a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) industrial motor at 50Hz and 6.6 kW (9 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT100 provides robust dual-function airflow for entire production workcells. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is ideal for large printing lines, central vacuum-pressure systems and high-capacity packaging.
