The Wordfik PVDT100 is a high-capacity dual-suction oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump engineered for multi-machine production lines and medium central vacuum-pressure systems. Sharing the same core performance as the PVT100, it delivers 100 m³/h (58.9 CFM) at 50Hz and 120 m³/h (70.6 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a stable -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Equipped with two independent vacuum inlets and one common pressure outlet, it powers two separate production zones or machine groups simultaneously from a single unit — eliminating duplicate pump investment and reducing installation space and maintenance overhead. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DVT 3.100 pumps with secondary suction ports, it delivers consistent, pulse-free performance across both circuits under sustained full-load operation.
Powered by a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) industrial motor at 50Hz and 6.6 kW (9 HP) at 60Hz, the PVDT100 provides robust dual-function airflow for entire production workcells. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is ideal for large printing lines, multi-station woodworking and central vacuum-pressure networks.
