The Wordfik PVT200 is a medium-pressure, high-flow oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump engineered with a low-speed direct-drive design for extended service life. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker large-flow combined pumps, it delivers 178 m³/h (104.7 CFM) at 50Hz and 218 m³/h (128.3 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a balanced -500 mbar (14.8 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +500 mbar (7.3 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built on a rugged 960rpm low-speed platform with premium graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear dramatically and enabling an 8000-hour maintenance-free cycle. Its 100% oil-free design delivers clean, contaminant-free air on both vacuum and pressure sides, eliminating oil pollution to workpieces and production environments.
Powered by a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) full-copper motor at 50Hz and 6.6 kW (9 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT200 balances high flow output with energy efficiency and stable continuous operation. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is ideal for medium factory central systems, multi-station woodworking and mid-size printing lines.
