The Wordfik PVT140 is the flagship heavy-duty oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump in the PVT series, engineered for large printing plants and factory-scale central vacuum-pressure systems. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DVT 3.140 and Elmo V-KTR 140 oil-free combined pumps, it delivers 140 m³/h (82.4 CFM) at 50Hz and 168 m³/h (98.9 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a precise -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built with an ultra-robust direct-drive structure and industrial-grade premium carbon vanes, it operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and delivers consistent, reliable performance under 24/7 full-load conditions. Its 100% oil-free design ensures clean, contaminant-free air for plant-wide distribution, meeting the strictest demands of high-volume printing and industrial manufacturing.
Powered by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) heavy-duty industrial motor at 50Hz and 9 kW (12 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT140 provides massive dual-function airflow for entire production facilities. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is the premium solution for large-scale printing, central air systems and high-capacity industrial processes.
