The Wordfik PVT16 is a compact, oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump that delivers both vacuum and positive pressure in a single unit. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker T4.16DV and Elmo V-VTN 16 oil-free combined pumps, it provides 16 m³/h (9.4 CFM) at 50Hz and 20 m³/h (11.8 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a simultaneous -600 mbar (17.7 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +600 mbar (8.7 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built on a proven single-shaft direct-drive architecture with self-lubricating graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, enabling self-wear compensation, minimal maintenance and long service life. Its 100% oil-free design delivers clean, contaminant-free air on both vacuum and pressure sides, eliminating oil pollution to workpieces and production environments.
Powered by a 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) motor at 50Hz and 0.9 kW (1.2 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT16 features an ultra-compact footprint for easy integration into small equipment and confined spaces. It supports both single-phase and three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is ideal for printing, packaging, thermoforming and textile machinery.
