The Wordfik PVT250 is the flagship heavy-duty oil-free dry rotary vane combined pump in the PVT medium-pressure series, engineered for factory-wide central systems and demanding high-flow industrial applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for the largest Becker DVTLF2.250 combined pumps, it delivers 250 m³/h (147.1 CFM) at 50Hz and 300 m³/h (176.6 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a robust -500 mbar (14.8 inHg) ultimate vacuum and +500 mbar (7.3 PSIG) maximum pressure.
Built with an ultra-rugged low-speed direct-drive structure and high-performance reinforced graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and delivers an industry-leading 10000-hour maintenance interval. Its 100% oil-free design ensures clean, contaminant-free air for plant-wide distribution, meeting the strictest demands of heavy-duty manufacturing environments.
Powered by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) heavy-duty full-copper motor at 50Hz and 9 kW (12 HP) at 60Hz, the PVT250 delivers massive dual-function airflow for entire production facilities. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is the premium solution for large woodworking factories, full-scale printing plants and industrial central vacuum-pressure networks.
