The Wordfik PVX630 is a flagship large-capacity oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for high-vacuum, heavy-duty industrial operations. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0630 oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 630 m³/h (371 SCFM) at 50Hz and 760 m³/h (447 SCFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 0.1 mbar (0.075 torr) with the gas ballast valve closed.
Featuring an advanced air-cooling system as standard with optional water cooling, it maintains optimal operating temperatures during extended continuous operation, eliminating the need for complex water cooling infrastructure for most applications. Its heavy-duty cast iron construction and precision-machined low-speed rotor assembly ensure exceptional reliability and long service life under full-load 24/7 operation. An enhanced gas ballast system delivers industry-leading 7.5 kg/h water vapor tolerance, making it highly suitable for high-moisture processes such as transformer drying and vacuum degassing.
Powered by a 18.5 kW (25 HP) high-torque full-copper motor running at 970–980 rpm low speed, the PVX630 combines massive pumping capacity with precision vacuum performance. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is the premium solution for transformer manufacturing, vacuum coating systems, packaging lines, large central vacuum networks and glass lamination production. Standard units are fully stocked for fast global delivery.
