The Wordfik PVX140 is a high-flow heavy-duty oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for demanding industrial environments and continuous multi-shift operation. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch Leybold Becker Edwards DVP brands oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 132 m³/h (77.6 SCFM) at 50Hz and 158 m³/h (92.9 SCFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a stable 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr / 50 Pa) ultimate vacuum under sustained full load.
Built with a rugged cast iron body and heat-treated precision rotor assembly, it features an enhanced gas ballast system that delivers 2.0–2.5 kg/h water vapor tolerance – ideal for high-moisture processes such as transformer drying, food dehydration and chemical degassing. Premium FKM fluororubber seals prevent oil leakage around the clock, while IP55 ingress protection shields the pump from dust and water splash in harsh factory environments.
Powered by a 3.0 kW (4 HP) industrial full-copper motor at 50Hz and 4.0 kW (5.5 HP) at 60Hz, the PVX140 runs at low 1450/1700 rpm for reduced wear and quiet 68–69 dB(A) operation. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and can be customized with UL-approved motors for North American markets. With cost-effective spare parts, extended service intervals and optional VFD/PLC intelligent control, it delivers exceptional total cost of ownership for factory central vacuum systems and heavy industrial processes.
