The Wordfik PVX100 is a heavy-duty high-flow oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for demanding large-scale industrial applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0100F oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 100 m³/h (58.9 CFM) at 50Hz and 120 m³/h (70.6 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a reliable 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) ultimate vacuum under sustained full-load operation.
Built with a rugged heavy-duty cast iron body and precision-machined rotor assembly, it features an integrated gas ballast valve for 1.5 kg/h water vapor tolerance – ideal for processes with high moisture content. Its heat-treated cylinder and rotor provide excellent corrosion resistance, while premium FKM fluororubber seals ensure leak-free performance during 24/7 continuous operation. The energy-efficient design optimizes power consumption while delivering consistent high-flow vacuum output.
Powered by a 2.2 kW (3 HP) full-copper motor at 50Hz and 3 kW (4.0 HP) at 60Hz, the PVX100 is built for non-stop multi-shift operation. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers optional UL-approved motors. With proven performance in chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing and transformer drying, it is the premium choice for medium-to-large industrial facilities.
