The Wordfik PVX202 is a high-flow, high-vapor-tolerance oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump optimized for moisture-heavy industrial processes. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0202D oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 200 m³/h (117.7 CFM) at 50Hz and 240 m³/h (141.3 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a reliable 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) ultimate vacuum even under high vapor loads.
Equipped with an enhanced gas ballast system delivering 4 kg/h water vapor handling capacity, it excels at high-moisture processes including vacuum drying, food packaging and chemical degassing. Its heavy-duty cast iron construction and precision-machined internals provide exceptional durability and thermal stability, while optimized vane geometry minimizes internal friction, noise and vibration.
Powered by a 5.5 kW (7.4 HP) unified industrial copper motor for both 50Hz and 60Hz grids, the PVX202 runs smoothly at 73–74 dB(A) with minimal vibration. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers excellent value for high-throughput production lines. With affordable spare parts and proven reliability, it is the preferred choice for large-scale drying, packaging and general industrial vacuum applications.
