The Wordfik PVX250 is the flagship factory-grade oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump built for whole-plant central vacuum systems and large-scale production lines. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0250D oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 250 m³/h (147.1 CFM) at 50Hz and 300 m³/h (176.6 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a consistent 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) ultimate vacuum under sustained full-load operation.
Engineered with a rugged heavy-duty cast iron body and precision-engineered vane assembly, it features advanced sealing technology to minimize internal leakage and maximize vacuum efficiency. Its integrated gas ballast system provides 3.5-4.5 kg/h water vapor tolerance, while premium FKM seals ensure leak-free performance around the clock.
