The Wordfik PVX25 is a mid‑size industrial single‑stage oil‑lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump built for continuous heavy‑duty industrial operation. As a direct drop‑in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0025F oil‑sealed rotary vane pumps, it delivers 24 m³/h (14.1 CFM) pumping speed at 50Hz and 28 m³/h (16.5 CFM) at 60Hz, reaching a deep ultimate vacuum of 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr).
It adopts heat‑treated cylinder and rotor assemblies for enhanced corrosion resistance and excellent water‑vapor tolerance (0.5 kg/h), suitable for processes containing moisture vapors. Premium FKM fluororubber seals effectively prevent oil leakage under long‑time continuous running. Equipped with full‑copper motor, the PVX25 supports wide three‑phase voltage options (220/380/440/660V) with 50/60Hz dual‑frequency compatibility, CE certified as standard; UL‑certified motor is available as custom option.
Powered by 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) at 50Hz and 0.9 kW (1.2 HP) at 60Hz, this unit runs at low noise ≤66 dB(A). Cost‑effective spare parts greatly reduce long‑term operating costs. Optional VFD frequency converter or PLC control system enables intelligent and flexible vacuum regulation. Standard PVX25 models are kept in stock for short lead‑time and fast global delivery.
