The Wordfik PVX63 is the workhorse industrial oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump in the medium-flow range, engineered for dependable continuous duty across demanding industrial applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0063 oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 63 m³/h (37.1 CFM) at 50Hz and 78 m³/h (45.9 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a steady 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) ultimate vacuum.
Featuring a heavy-duty cast iron construction and integrated gas ballast valve, it effectively handles condensable vapors and delivers 1 kg/h water vapor tolerance for moist process environments. Its heat-treated cylinder and rotor assembly provide excellent corrosion resistance, while premium FKM fluororubber seals ensure leak-free operation around the clock. When using premium synthetic vacuum oil, oil change intervals extend to 5000 hours, significantly reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs.
Powered by a 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) full-copper motor at 50Hz and 2.2 kW (2.95 HP) at 60Hz, the PVX63 balances robust performance with energy efficiency. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers optional UL-approved motors.
