The Wordfik PVX16 is a compact, industrial-grade oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for reliable high-vacuum performance in small-scale industrial and OEM applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch brand oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 16 m³/h (9.4 CFM) at 50Hz and 19 m³/h (11.2 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 1 mbar (0.75 torr) for consistent deep vacuum operation.
Built with a heat-treated cast iron cylinder and precision-machined rotor, it features excellent water vapor tolerance and corrosion resistance for extended service life. Premium FKM fluororubber seals effectively prevent oil leakage during continuous operation, while high-quality synthetic vacuum oil provides superior lubrication, thermal stability and contaminant resistance.
Powered by a 0.55 kW (0.75 HP) full-copper motor, the PVX16 supports both single-phase and three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and can be customized with UL-approved motors for North American markets. Its ultra-compact footprint, low 64 dB(A) noise level and light 16 kg weight make it ideal for integration into small equipment, laboratory setups and portable vacuum systems. With cost-effective spare parts and 3000–5000 hour service intervals, it delivers low total cost of ownership over its lifecycle.
