The Wordfik PVX40 is a medium-duty industrial oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for reliable, low-noise performance across a wide range of production applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0040 oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 40 m³/h (23.5 CFM) at 50Hz and 48 m³/h (28.2 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, achieving a deep ultimate vacuum of 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) for consistent process performance.
Equipped with an integrated gas ballast valve, it effectively handles condensable vapors and maintains stable vacuum levels under varying load conditions. Its heat-treated cast iron cylinder and precision-machined rotor provide enhanced corrosion resistance and 0.7 kg/h water vapor tolerance, while premium FKM fluororubber seals prevent oil leakage during 24/7 continuous operation.
Powered by a 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) full-copper motor at 50Hz and 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) at 60Hz, the PVX40 runs at a low 1450/1700 rpm for reduced wear and quiet 64–65 dB(A) operation. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers optional UL-approved motors for global deployment. With cost-effective spare parts and long service intervals, it delivers excellent total cost of ownership for medical systems, vacuum forming and medium packaging lines. Standard units are fully stocked for fast global delivery.
