The Wordfik PVX302 is a precision-grade high-flow oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for demanding precision industrial applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0302D oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 300 m³/h (176.6 CFM) at 50Hz and 360 m³/h (211.9 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining an ultra-stable 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) ultimate vacuum with minimal fluctuation.

Built with robust cast iron construction and precision-machined components, it features advanced sealing technology to minimize internal leakage and ensure consistent vacuum quality critical for precision processes. Its enhanced gas ballast system delivers industry-leading 4.5 kg/h water vapor tolerance, making it highly suitable for processes with varying moisture and vapor loads.

Powered by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) precision-grade copper motor, the PVX302 operates smoothly at 73–74 dB(A) with low vibration for cleanroom and precision manufacturing environments. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is optimized for food packaging lines, medical vacuum systems, forming processing, and transformer manufacturing.
