The Wordfik PVX160 is a robust heavy-duty oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for continuous high-load industrial processes. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch R5 RA 0160 oil-sealed vane pumps, it delivers 160 m³/h (94.2 CFM) at 50Hz and 192 m³/h (113.0 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a stable 0.5 mbar (0.375 torr) ultimate vacuum under prolonged operation.
Built with a heavy-duty cast iron body and reinforced bearing system, it features an advanced oil filtration and cooling circuit for exceptional thermal stability during 24/7 operation. Its integrated gas ballast system provides 2.5-4 kg/h water vapor tolerance, while heat-treated cylinder and rotor deliver superior corrosion resistance for harsh process environments. Premium FKM fluororubber seals ensure zero oil leakage over extended service life.
Powered by a 4 kW (5.5 HP) high-efficiency copper motor at 50Hz and 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) at 60Hz, the PVX160 achieves an industry-leading 6000-hour service interval with easily accessible service points. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is optimized for packaging lines, medical vacuum system, vacuum forming lines and resin infusion lines. Standard units are fully stocked for fast global delivery.
