The Wordfik TD40K is a heavy-duty oil-free dry rotary vane compressor built for medium-high flow industrial positive pressure systems. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DT4.40K oil-less compressors, it delivers 40 m³/h (23.5 CFM) at 50Hz and 48 m³/h (28.3 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a reliable maximum pressure of +1000 mbar (14.5 PSIG).
Engineered with a rugged single-shaft direct-drive structure and high-performance self-lubricating carbon vanes, it operates with zero metal-to-metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and maintains stable performance under sustained full-load operation. Its 100% oil-free design eliminates oil contamination, making it suitable for demanding industrial processes and environmental applications.
Powered by a 1.85 kW (2.5 HP) motor at 50Hz and 2.2 kW (2.9 HP) at 60Hz, the TD40K delivers robust airflow for large equipment and multi-station systems. It supports both single-phase and three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is ideal for large printing lines, exhaust gas treatment and central pneumatic systems.
