The Wordfik TD10 is a compact, oil-free dry rotary vane compressor engineered for clean, reliable positive pressure air supply in small-scale industrial and OEM applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DT series oil-less rotary vane compressors, it delivers 10 m³/h (5.9 CFM) at 50Hz and 12 m³/h (7.1 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a steady maximum pressure of +1000 mbar (14.5 PSIG).
Built on a single-shaft direct-drive architecture with self-lubricating carbon vanes, this compressor operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, enabling self-compensation for wear, minimal maintenance and long service life. Its 100% oil-free design delivers completely clean compressed air with no oil contamination, making it suitable for environmental, food, medical and printing applications where air purity is critical.
Powered by a 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) motor at 50Hz and 0.44 kW (0.6 HP) at 60Hz, the TD10 features an ultra-compact footprint and light weight for easy integration into equipment and confined spaces. It supports both single-phase and three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is globally deployable across 80+ countries.
