The Wordfik KTD60 is a compact, high-pressure oil-free dry rotary vane compressor engineered for medium-flow industrial positive pressure applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker KDT 3.60 oil-less compressors, it delivers 60 m³/h (35.3 CFM) at 50Hz and 72 m³/h (42.4 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a steady maximum pressure of +1500 mbar (21.8 PSIG).
Built on a robust single-shaft direct-drive architecture with premium self-lubricating graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, enabling self-wear compensation, minimal maintenance and long service life. Its 100% oil-free design delivers completely clean compressed air with zero contamination, suitable for printing, environmental treatment and precision pneumatic systems.
Powered by a 3 kW (4.0 HP) motor at 50Hz and 3.6 kW (4.8 HP) at 60Hz, the KTD60 features a space-saving footprint for easy integration into confined equipment bays. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes with CE certification, and is globally deployable across 80+ countries.
