The Wordfik KTD140 is the flagship heavy-duty oil-free dry rotary vane compressor in the KTD series, engineered for large-scale factory central air systems and high-demand industrial pressure applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker KDT 3.140 oil-less compressors, it delivers 140 m³/h (82.4 CFM) at 50Hz and 168 m³/h (98.9 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a steady maximum pressure of +1500 mbar (21.8 PSIG).
Built with an ultra-robust single-shaft direct-drive structure and industrial-grade self-lubricating carbon vanes, it operates with zero metal-to-metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and delivers consistent performance under continuous full-load conditions. Its 100% oil-free design ensures clean, contaminant-free air for plant-wide distribution, meeting the strictest industrial and environmental standards.
Powered by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) motor at 50Hz and 9 kW (12 HP) at 60Hz, the KTD140 provides massive airflow for entire production facilities. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is the ideal solution for large central air systems, wastewater treatment plants and high-capacity production lines.
