The Wordfik KTD250 is a heavy-duty, wide-adjustable-pressure oil-free dry rotary vane compressor engineered for large-scale industrial systems with varying pressure demands. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DTLF 2.250 oil-less compressors, it delivers 250 m³/h (147.1 CFM) at 50Hz and 300 m³/h (176.6 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a fully adjustable pressure range from +800 mbar (11.6 PSIG) to +1800 mbar (26.1 PSIG).
Built on a low-speed single-shaft direct-drive architecture with premium self-lubricating graphite vanes, it operates with zero internal metal-to-metal contact, enabling self-wear compensation, minimal maintenance and exceptional service life. Its 100% oil-free design delivers completely clean compressed air with zero contamination, making it ideal for multi-process production lines, central air systems and environmental treatment projects.
Powered by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) motor at 50Hz and 9 kW (12 HP) at 60Hz, the KTD250 features a rugged low-speed design (960/1150rpm) for reduced wear and 24/7 continuous full-load operation. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is globally deployable across 80+ countries.
