The Wordfik TD16K is a compact, oil-free dry rotary vane compressor designed for seamless integration into OEM equipment and small-scale industrial systems. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker DT 4.16 oil-less compressors, it delivers 16 m³/h (9.4 CFM) at 50Hz and 19.2 m³/h (11.3 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, with a steady maximum pressure of +1000 mbar (14.5 PSIG).
Built on a single-shaft direct-drive architecture with self-lubricating graphite vanes, it operates with zero metal-to-metal contact, enabling self-wear compensation, minimal maintenance and long service life. Its 100% oil-free design delivers contaminant-free compressed air, meeting strict purity requirements for medical, printing and precision manufacturing applications.
Powered by a 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) motor at 50Hz and 0.9 kW (1.2 HP) at 60Hz, the TD16K features a space-saving footprint and light weight for easy installation in confined equipment compartments. It supports both single-phase and three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is suitable for global OEM matching.
