The Wordfik KTD80 is a versatile, high-performance oil-free dry rotary vane compressor, the workhorse of the KTD series for medium-to-high flow industrial pressure applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker KDT 3.80 oil-less compressors, it delivers 80 m³/h (47.1 CFM) at 50Hz and 96 m³/h (56.5 CFM) at 60Hz airflow, maintaining a robust +1500 mbar (21.8 PSIG) working pressure.
Engineered with a heavy-duty single-shaft direct-drive structure and premium EK60 self-lubricating carbon vanes, it operates with zero metal contact, self-compensates for wear, and delivers consistent performance under sustained load. Its 100% oil-free design eliminates oil contamination, meeting strict environmental and industrial hygiene standards.
Powered by a 4 kW (5.4 HP) motor at 50Hz and 4.8 kW (6.4 HP) at 60Hz, the KTD80 balances high pressure output with energy efficiency. It supports standard three-phase wide voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and is widely deployed in printing, environmental protection, aquaculture and pneumatic systems.
