The Wordfik VD400 is our flagship high-flow oil-free dry rotary vane vacuum pump, purpose-engineered for large CNC woodworking shops and multi-machine central vacuum systems. As a direct drop-in replacement for Becker VTLF2.400 dry rotary vane vacuum pumps, it delivers 400 m³/h (235 CFM) at 50Hz and 480 m³/h (283 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, with 350 mbar working vacuum to securely hold large workpieces across multiple routers simultaneously.
Powered by an efficient 11 kW (15HP) motor at 50Hz and 13.2 kW (18HP) at 60Hz, this pump features a dust-resistant dry vane design built for the demanding conditions of woodworking environments. It eliminates oil mist contamination, reduces shop cleanup and fire risks, and provides reliable 24/7 operation with minimal maintenance. Standard CE certification and global voltage compatibility make it the ideal vacuum solution for large-scale furniture manufacturing, panel processing and central negative pressure systems.
