The Wordfik VD40 Dry Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is a compact, oil-free vacuum solution engineered for robotic handling, vacuum membrane press, SMT placement machines, lamination & printing and CNC vacuum tables. It delivers a pumping speed of 40 m³/h (23.5 CFM) at 50Hz and 48 m³/h (28.2 CFM) at 60Hz, achieving an ultimate pressure of 150 mbar. Power consumption is remarkably low at just 1.25 kW (1.7 HP) at 50Hz and 1.5 kW (2 HP) at 60Hz, making it an energy-efficient choice for continuous production environments.
Its oil-free dry rotary vane structure uses wear-resistant graphite composite vanes, eliminating oil contamination, oil changes and disposal costs. Available in both single-phase and three-phase power configurations, with 50/60Hz dual frequency support, the VD40 integrates easily into a wide range of industrial equipment and automated systems.
