The Wordfik ZSV900 is the flagship large-capacity water-cooled oil-free dry claw vacuum pump in the ZSV series, engineered for the most demanding large-scale industrial applications. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch and Elmo Rietschle dry claw pumps, it delivers 900 m³/h (529.7 CFM) at 50Hz and 1080 m³/h (635.7 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, maintaining a stable 80 mbar (60 torr / 2.4 inHg) ultimate vacuum with efficient water cooling.
Engineered with precision-machined heavy-duty triple-lobe claw rotors and premium FKM fluororubber seals, it delivers completely oil-free vacuum with industry-leading water vapor tolerance and mild corrosion resistance. Genuine SKF/NSK heavy-duty bearings ensure smooth, low-vibration operation, while the ultra-robust industrial structure supports 24/7 continuous full-load operation in the harshest environments. The high-efficiency water cooling system maintains optimal operating temperature even under maximum load.
Powered by an 18.5 kW (25 HP) motor at 50Hz and 22 kW (30 HP) at 60Hz, the ZSV900 delivers massive pumping capacity with industry-leading efficiency. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers optional UL-approved motors and VFD/PLC intelligent control.
