The Wordfik ZSV250 is a medium-duty oil-free dry claw vacuum pump available in both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch MINK MM 1252 AV and Elmo C-VLR 251 dry claw pumps, it delivers 252 m³/h (148.3 CFM) at 50Hz and 300 m³/h (176.6 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, achieving 200 mbar (150 torr / 5.9 inHg) with air cooling and 80 mbar (60 torr / 2.4 inHg) with water cooling.
Featuring precision-machined triple-lobe claw rotors and premium FKM fluororubber seals, it delivers completely oil-free vacuum with excellent water vapor tolerance and mild corrosion resistance. Genuine SKF/NSK bearings ensure smooth, low-noise operation, while the heavy-duty industrial structure supports 24/7 continuous operation. The dual cooling option allows users to select air cooling for simplicity or water cooling for deeper vacuum and higher thermal stability.
Powered by a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motor at 50Hz and 6.6 kW (9 HP) at 60Hz, the ZSV250 balances robust performance with energy efficiency. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers optional UL-approved motors and VFD/PLC intelligent control.
