The Wordfik ZSV360 is a heavy-duty oil-free dry claw vacuum pump available in both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations. As a direct drop-in replacement for Busch MINK MM 1322 AV and Elmo C-VLR 301 dry claw pumps, it delivers 360 m³/h (211.9 CFM) at 50Hz and 430 m³/h (253.1 CFM) at 60Hz pumping speed, achieving 200 mbar (150 torr / 5.9 inHg) with air cooling and 80 mbar (60 torr / 2.4 inHg) with water cooling.
Engineered with precision-machined heavy-duty claw rotors and premium FKM fluororubber seals, it delivers completely oil-free vacuum with excellent water vapor tolerance and mild corrosion resistance. Genuine SKF/NSK heavy-duty bearings ensure smooth, low-vibration operation, while the rugged industrial structure supports continuous 24/7 full-load operation. The dual cooling option provides flexibility for different process requirements and ambient conditions.
Powered by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) motor at both 50Hz and 60Hz, the ZSV360 delivers robust, consistent performance across global power grids. It supports wide three-phase voltage inputs, comes standard with CE certification, and offers optional UL-approved motors and VFD/PLC intelligent control. With 8000–12000 hour service intervals and cost-effective spare parts, it delivers exceptional total cost of ownership for large industrial systems.
