The Wordfik ZSV series is a complete portfolio of oil-free dry claw vacuum pumps, spanning from compact 108 m³/h (64 CFM) air-cooled units to heavy-duty 900 m³/h (530 CFM) water-cooled industrial models. Designed as direct drop-in replacements for Busch MINK and Elmo Rietschle Series dry claw pumps, every unit features precision-machined triple-lobe claw rotors operating on a contact-free principle, delivering clean, uncontaminated vacuum with zero oil mist emissions.
Built with premium FKM fluororubber seals and genuine SKF/NSK bearings, all ZSV pumps offer excellent water vapor tolerance, mild corrosion resistance and low noise operation. The range includes air-cooled models for simple installation and water-cooled models for deeper 80 mbar vacuum and higher thermal stability.
